As founder of the company, I started working in the wine sector at the heart of a Grand Domaine de Bourgogne where I learned the winegrower's craft, from the birth of a vine to the death of a bottle.
During my training, I was lucky enough to meet many exceptional people – great winegrowers and great tasters – who taught me a great deal and let me taste many extraordinary wines.
With this experience and after training as a sommelier and studying business, I worked with several specialist companies in the trading sector before launching the company Emotion Fine Wine in Beaune, capital of the great wines of Burgundy.

The wines I like:
Precise, pure and fresh, with great complexity – something that can be found in every grape variety. These wines are difficult for a winemaker to produce, because every detail must be mastered to make a precise wine. I like to touch, smell and understand all these details, because then I feel I can grasp the emotions the winemaker wanted to convey.
